All of the Open House selling options include 6 months of "Opentime marketing" as standard. This means that you can market your home using Open House online estate agents and our extensive marketing network for a total period of 183 days; which is far longer than the average period a property remains on the market for.

In the unlikely situation that your property hasn’t sold during this time, for a small fee of just £99 + vat we will continue to market your property for an additional 6 months. This ensures that we have the resources in place to continue to offer you a high level of customer service throughout your time with us. Any company that claims unlimited marketing without any ongoing fees is highly unlikely to be able to offer you continued attention to detail and you have to question their motivation and commitment after 6 months of ongoing service. Will they still be able to throw enough resource at your property after this amount of time? From our own experience we do not think it is possible.
