This branch of the Open House nationwide group of Estate Agents is operated by Phillip Cole who has over 25 years experience in the business, in both residential sales and lettings. In recent times he has been involved working with a Property Development Company building residential developments in South Manchester. Phillip has been keen to return to a more traditional Agency role and believes running an Open House office has great opportunity to bring his skills in marketing and customer service to the fore.

Phillip is able to provide Personal Searches in accordance with the standards required by The Property Code Compliance Board.

Open House (Manchester Central & South), will concentrate on the residential market for East and West Didsbury, Didsbury Village, Withington, Manchester City centre and surrounding areas.

Both Didsbury and Withington centres have good ranges of local amenities such as shops, bars, restaraunts, banks.

These are cosmopolitan neighbourhoods with traditional family areas, alongside young and vibrant communities.

Libraries, post offices, citizen advice bureaus, and open spaces can all be found.

The Metrolink expansion (agreed in 2009) will include additional stops at Whithington, Barton Road West, East and Didsbury Village. It is understood that final approval was granted by the Department of Transport in March and these new lines could be open Summer 2013.
